There is a Homeowner Open Forum held at the beginning and at the end of each Regular meeting, for homeowners to address an agenda item, voice concerns, make comments, suggestions, and requests for items to be reviewed at the next meeting. The Agenda will be available at the meeting; if you wish to obtain a copy of the agenda before the meeting you may call Assured at 868-0900. Agendas are available five days before a Board meeting. If you wish to obtain minutes from a Board meeting, they are also available at Assured Real Estate.
