  • Are yard signs permitted?
    Per Article IX Section (o) - Signs. No sign or other advertising of any kind shall be displayed to the public view without the approval of the ARC except, such signs as may be used by Granter in connection with the development of the Subject Property and sale of Condominiums and Lots subject to the time limitations set forth herein; except no more than one (1) sign of customary and reasonable dimensions as prescribed by the ARC, for each Lot or Condominium advertising the residence for sale or lease may be displayed on or from a Lot or Condominium in a Residential Area, so as to be visible from the street. For sale signs for individual residences may not be put on the common Areas.s and press "Manage Questions" button.

  • How do I submit an Architectural Application?

  • How many units are owner occupied?
    Unfortunately, this line items is not tracked
  • How much are the assessments ? Are they monthly or quarterly?
    Assessments are currently $33.00 each quarter (January, April, July, October)
  • Will there be a special assessment?
    At this time, we do not anticipate any special assessments.
  • How can I receive paperless statements and notifications
    Tired of the inconsistent mail delivery system in the valley? Want to save the Association money and allow money to be sent in better areas than paper mailings?!     If you notice maintenance issues around your community please fill out this form so we can send out the appropriate vendor to correct the issues. Remember that are website and forms are mobile friendly. You can load the form on your mobile browser to get pictures. The more info we have the better we can address the issues that come up.
  • When are late fees applied for non-paid assessments?
    Late fees are applied if payment is not received by the 15th of each month
