During the most recent compliance walk thru, we have noticed several units with the same violation.

Stucco/Facade/Painting

Starting June 2018, management will start writing new violations for stucco in disrepair. This allows owners over 2 months to receive proposal and select an appropriate vendor. Please be advised any exterior alteration requires a DRC Application submission. DRC Application can be found at the following link: https://www.greenvalleyvillage.info/architectural-application .

Block/Stucco Wall Maintenance
